Recently featured as a Critic's Choice in the Times newspaper, Baroque chamber ensemble Arioso return for today's concert, with a selection of restoration vocal and instrumental music.

The programme includes sacred and secular vocal music by Henry Purcell, John Blow, Henry and William Lawes, Nicolas Lanier, Pelham Humfrey and John Banister, and instrumental pieces by Nicola Matteis and others.
