More than a thousand people packed Ripon Cathedral on Saturday March 3, to welcome the new Dean of Ripon, the Very Revd Keith Jukes at his installation.
The Very Revd Keith Jukes, 52, the former Vicar of Selby Abbey, officially took up his post at a Service of Installation led by the Bishop of Ripon and Leeds, the Rt Revd John Packer which included welcomes from different sections of the community - and was preceded by an especially composed, three hour peal of bells.
