A group of our choristers braved wind, rain and the bitter cold this December to bring Christmas cheer to shoppers in Harrogate with carols and festive songs. They were raising funds for the choir tour to Germany next year. Thanks to Miss Brook and the team for braving the cold with them!

Chorister bishop Benjamin was enthroned on Sunday (Dec 9) and a medieval custom - abolished by Henry Vlll - revived! In the Middle Ages a boy bishop was selected on the Feast of St. Nicholas, the patron saint of children. In the spirit of St Nicholas gifts were received to be distributed by the Salvation Army.
