Spring Food, Home & Garden Show

Join us for another fantastic annual springtime day out for all the family at the Spring Food, Home & Garden Show on Saturday 4th April  with over 60 traders from across Yorkshire selling delicious food and treats, seasonal homewares and gifts.

The Cathedral cafe will be open all day serving refreshments, the Cathedral Plant Stall will be selling a selection of plants at affordable prices, plus activities running throughout the day.

Don’t Miss

11.00am – Join Chef Lee from Bear & Mouse Chocolate for a chocolate demonstration live in the cathedral.

2.00pm – Florist and Owner of Halls & Homes Flowers, Cerys Gill at 2.00pm for a live flower demonstration.

12.30pm, 2.30pm and 3.30pm – The popular ‘Meet the Bugs’ workshops with  The Bug Lady is an opportunity to learn more, touch and hold cockroaches, snails and stick insects! Open to all ages.

All open to all and are included in the £3 entry price. Spaces are allocated on a first come, first served basis.  No need to pre-book, just show up on the day. 

Pay a visit to the adorable springtime animals including an alpaca, mini donkeys, goats and mini sheep from Hart Farm, founded in 2012 as a not-for-profit organisation to help children cope with life challenges such as illness, disability and bereavement. They will be outside the Cathedral all day.
